Rewards Overview
- Each time you make a purchase, present your PowerCard and you accumulate points toward that merchant's rewards. You will earn one point for every dollar spent. The merchant will provide you with your reward when you have accrued enough points.
- Rewards are stored on your account. Simply, let your server know when you have a reward to redeem.
- On most programs there is a limit of 500 max points per visit.
- On most programs there is a limit of $100 max value redeemed per visit per party and that value may not exceed 50% of the bill.
- You must complete registration of your account in order to redeem a reward.

What if I lose my Card or need a replacment card?
You can get a replacement card by visiting the merchant where you originally received your card. If you received your card from a group of restaurants, you can obtain a new card at any of the participating locations. Once you get a replacement card, email support@powercard.com with the new card number and previous account information.
Why is my balance going down?
Once your point balance reaches the reward level, your points will automatically be exchanged for a reward. For example, if the program is "150 points = $10 reward", once you reach 150 points, your balance will be reset to zero and a $10 reward will be issued to your account.
How Do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards are stored directly on the card. To redeem, simply let your server know you have a reward you would like to use. You may redeem up to $100.00 in a single visit.

What happens with my personal information?
PowerCard will never rent or sell your information to anyone - ever! Your information is stored on a secure database that can only be accessed by a few select employees. PowerCard does create anonymous reports based on information such as zip codes and ages that are supplied to PowerCard merchants. For more information on your privacy, review our Privacy Policy.
